I had a great time buying my first gun. The last time I shot a gun was about 25 years ago when I became a marine. I did not remember anything. John did a good job training me. I walked in scared of guns. In less than an hour I could load an shoot my new gun. I got a nice smith and wesson. I chose this place because the building is nice an high tech.

To the loyal customers that shop here this is a very clean and spacious range to attend. For new customers I would suggest trying a different place. One of the workers would not help me with a firearm that I needed to be fixed. This came as a shock to me because I had called earlier in the week to ask if they could fix my problem and they said yes with no hesitation. When I got there he immediately demanded the problem and proceeded to refer me to a different location. I asked if there was another person that I could speak with that may have knowledge on fixing my firearm, he would not give me an answer. I then asked if I could schedule another time to return when a more experienced gun smith was around and he referred me to another location again. The location he suggested was Down Range Sporting Goods in Clinton, Ms. I went through the same process as I did Two Gun Tactical which was give them a call first asking if they were able to fix my problem and they said yes. Once I got in there and spoke with one of the workers, my problem was fixed in less than 40 seconds with no fee. So if you’ve been going to Two Gun Tactical already then stick with them. But if you are new then I would definitely suggest doing business with Down Range Sporting Goods.
I went in maybe about a 2 weeks ago to purchase a silencer and stamp on the kiosk. I waited patently in eye sight for the employee to finish with his customer, I even mentioned to him why I was there. When he was done with the customer he then proceeded to talk with what i presumed was a friend of his. At this point I was on the way to the counter to get the other employee to help,then he decided to stop talking to come assist me. When I was done with the transaction I asked him if I could go ahead and purchase everything (on line or in store) his response was no. I then got on the phone to ask a few questions and the Range in Madison helped me out with my questions. I was able to do everything the same day,
I do not recommend this company I was sold a new gun with a safety issue and was told by ruger to take it back so they can ship the gun for me! He refused to help told me he don't have no one to ship it for me but ion see why he couldn't do it he tried to give me the run around then made the statement if he help me he would have to charge me and he don't feel that's right so I told him that's fine charge me and get it done! He stilled refused! So he just lost my business I'll never buy from them lazy old farts!!
