    I called ahead of time to be sure I could come as a walk-in on a Sunday evening for a hair cut. My stylist Kasey was awesome. When I arrived, she said it would be a few more minutes. When I returned, I received an awesome cut and deep conditioning treatment as suggested. When I left I felt great and my hair looked wonderful. Thanks JC Penney and Kacey.

    Called & scheduled a perm. I arrived early & when l verified the price, was informed she charged $10.00 more than the price quoted. She called the manager & they tried to gigure out who l talked with the previous day. They were so sorry, but the stylist charged her price & would not honor the initial quote. Foolish decision, since she would have made it up with a tip l planned to give. Poor customer service.

    I had got my hair done here a couple of months ago for the first time and it was very disappointing. First off the stylist didn’t do what I asked with the color of my hair. I asked for lighter and she made it darker. Then I asked for a lot of layers but she cut my hair so short and didn’t give me very many layers at all. My entire visit was 3.5 hours! Ridiculous!!! I have never spend that much time in a salon! Ever!!! Don’t go here if you have other things to do during the day. You will not be able to get them done. On top of that I had a 20% off coupon for new clients and they refused to accept it. Talk about customer service, I will not be back.

    RUDE And unprofessional!!!! We saw a sign on the outside that said walk ins welcome. We get in, were ignored. When we went to leave, she asked what we wanted. Then told us they were not taking anyone else new. It was 4 hours till they closed. Will never go back.

    I scheduled a haircut online earlier in the week for today at 10:30 am. I arrive at 10:15 and was told by Jennifer (who I scheduled the appt with) that she booked a highlight at 10:00 and it’s going to be over an hour before she can get to me and to come back. I left and did not return. What’s the point of scheduling appointments if you aren’t going to follow them. I will take my business elsewhere.
