This Dental Office - Phenomenal!!! Welcoming front office staff. They had smiles and were energetic after 2pm on a busy busy day. The back office clinical staff - Dental Assistant, Hygienist, and Dentist - were also Exceptional! Everyone was happy energetic professional welcoming and patient-client oriented! I have NEVER been to ANY dental clinic, or doctors office either, that made me feel more comfortable and relaxed! Was in there 2 1/2 hours and didn't realize it until I looked at my phone! Total of 3 hours, and was always informed of what was going on, who would be in to see me and why. I just thought the attitudes were for the commercials!!! So glad ya'll proved me wrong! Will definitely refer you to everyone I know! Thank you so very much for the greatest experience going for dental work! Don't ever change!
I was really dreading going to have work done and I am happy to say I was totally surprised. From the moment you walk through the doors at the Flowood Clinic you are treated as if you are all old friends. Gracious, kind and just good all around.The clinic is lovely and so clean. I will soon have my winning smile back thanks to those good folks.
