We pay for the ultimate carwash , but usually have to go through the car wash more than once to get the car clean. Not sure if we are getting the ultimate. Everything else is great. Friendly service, free vacuums. Good thing we membership with unlimited access.
Gave them a second chance and should not have. This time 3 women were there 1 taking payment and 1 directing in. I even mentioned how bad it had done the last time but was hoping the problem was fixed. My car was still dirty and don't ask to go thru again.
Got most of the light dirt off, but left bugs across the front bumper. And really didn't blow dry the back of the car.
Great car wash. My car was covered in road salt and grime but looked brand new minutes later. I was surprised how clean my rims and tires looked. Highly recommended!!
I have the unlimited membership, and it is so easy to just drive up and go through. However when I drove up to this particular location, there we were no employees in sight, and it looked as though the whole place was shut down. I couldn't go forward or backward and had no choice but to wait...which I did for 2 or 3 minutes. That's not long unless you don't know what is going on, and you don't see any employees. Finally two employees came out of the building at the same time and everything started working again.
