It usually hard to get someone to come and assist. Wasn't the case this time. But the first person who came to me wasn't very helpful. The second person did exactly as asked. Update-23MAR2022 Joeseph "Joe" was able to service me in a matter of hours compared to the days that it was supposed to take. I needed my vehicle because of a family emergency and so he literally diagnosed my car and called me back in a matter of 2 hours. I was told it would be at least the next day. Thank you for understanding the sensitive nature of what i was dealing with and coming through to save my day. Would also like to add that he helped me by getting me in contact with someone to help with warranties for my vehicle
The staff was friendly and the service exceptional. Ted and Jimmy kept me informed and gave regular status updates. I will definitely be coming to them again, if needed.
Super nice crew in service center. Excellent job doing maintenance on my Jeep Wrangler. Several of the staff are Jeepers themselves. Appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the techs. Will return.

Took my vehicle to them around the 10th of March due to water damage and sunroof repair that the shop has repaired a broken sunroof before. After several weeks 5 to be exact of calling back and forth between the shop and progressive… only thing done on my vehicle was the engine apparently. Week one it’s the engine parts they waiting on, next week sunroof is giving technician Trouble. Week 3 waiting on parts for engine and sunroof. Week 4-5 waiting on parts for sunroof. Meanwhile I’ve had a rental over 30 days and had to take it back. Not only did I not receive courtesy calls as I should have, but I had to literally go to the shop to request my vehicle after rental deadline. So picked my car up on the 23rd and it’s not completed of course. Apparently sunroof needs a part. This is the shop I always go to for brand reasons. I’m just highly disappointed in paying over 1800 for a sunroof again that’s not repaired and in order to release the vehicle Honestly I’m not convinced the technician did the job correctly the first time seeing he had a months worth of trouble with one job. On top of the poor instillation last time and the clicking I was hearing. Please be considerate of your money and time
