Most professional dealership I've visited so far. Parts in stocks and everyone was courteous and very respectful. Knowledge of my vehicle was on point!
Let’s call it a solid 4.8 stars. Purchased a truck from here recently and had a pretty good sales experience. There were some issues related to the cleanliness of the truck so I brought it back and the team spent all day to “make it right.” The effort that these folks took to repair my experience was very fair and they did a great job to turn my review from a 3 star to a 5 star. Way to go guys. I’d buy another car from these folks again without hesitation.
May 7 2022 I bought a new truck from this dealership. The car buying experience was good Jessica and Parker were great to work with and were very helpful. However it is a month later and my trade in hasn't been paid off. I went in on May 31st to find out why and I was told that my lender had not processed the payment. I called my bank and they told me they haven't received any payment from Mac Haik. Now the payment is late and my credit will soon take a hit. The purpose of a 10 day payoff is to have it paid with in 10 days or so I thought. I've helped them sell 6 vehicles in the past 5 years 4 of which were for myself. A family member had the same issue of a trade not being paid off back in January. This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from Mac Haik and I won't be recommending them to anyone I know in the foreseeable future.
Keenan Scott truly could not have been a more patient or helpful person. My air compressor bit the dust and he explained every step of fixing it, the cost, and was so kind when I asked for updates along the way. It was a bit of an emergency situation, as I was moving and had to have the work done. He went above and beyond for me with this part and gave me the exact info I needed for one more repair when I get to my new destination.
Worst service I've ever received. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When they were done the same tires were on the front. I know this because I recently had to purchase two new tires and had them put on the front. These were a different brand than what came on the car. The same tires were on the front. When I brought it to their attention the manager over that area very rudely told me he sat there and watched the tech rotate them. He either did not watch or he didn't know any more than the tech doing the work. When I went to get in my car to leave the tech had not removed the paper floor mat, the plastic over the seat, or the tag on the rear view mirror. My biggest complaint though is the way I was treated by the manager. This is not the first time my family has had issues with them. My son had a 2020 Charger that needed a new wiring harness in the driver's door. The harness was ordered and came in but he was never notified to come in and have the repair done. I went to the dealership one day and asked and sure enough the harness was there and had been there awhile. Needless to say I'm done with Mac Haik. Maybe we'll all get lucky and someone that gives a damn about customer service will purchase that dealership. Maybe Wilson will buy it back?
