    My husband and I had placed in a leads program to have someone come out and look at our siding. The first time the lead was placed it was cancelled and someone had said,”Tried to contact and no one responded” which was a lie. No one ever called or tried to contact us. My husband had gotten the lead started up again and someone named Kyle did come out to look at it. It has been nearly 2 months and we have not heard ANYTHING back. We went up to Lowes today and they told us that Kyle had written in,”No contact. No sale.” That is a complete lie. No one ever called to tell us anything. Not saying that they could or could not do it. There is no issue that it could not be done. The issue is that there was no communication at all. That it just ridiculous and sorry. I would recommend going somewhere where there will be actual communication and the people will keep you updated on the progress of your project. Not leaving you in the dark to try to figure out what’s going on.

    I had the worst experience of all times with Lowe's in Flowood. No one knows what customer service is. Not one person was accountable for the mishaps associated with my order and delivery. I ordered appliances during the Black Friday Sale at the end of November. Delivery was set for the middle of December. After waiting all day for an 8am to 12pm delivery window, my dryer arrived damaged. I asked the driver (who smells like alcohol) to take it back. He told me he couldn't because he wasn't affiliated with Lowe's. He called his manager and told him the item was damaged. Supposedly, the manager would notate this in the system, and the exchange would be initiated. I called Lowe's starting at 4:30pm. The phone rang for 15 mins then hung up. This happened 4 times, then I decided to call customer service and drive 45mins to Lowe's in Flowood. After 55 mins, customer service finally answered. I was told they would send a ticket to the store and that I should still go inside for assistance. I found the night shift manager and told him what was going on. I told him what was going on. I expressed my concerns and frustration. He rudely told me I could return all of it but they would not be in my area until next week. Then he told me to call the manager the next morning at 5am. I called the manager the next morning. He looked at my ticket and said he'd pass it to his operations manager in charge of damaged deliveries, and I'd have a replacement the following week. The next week came and went no delivery. I called the store back, 2 calls, no answer. I called customer service back and was told they didn't have any records were made of the damaged dryer or replacement. So, at this point, I asked for all the items to be picked up. I was told this couldn't happen and the ticket had to be sent to the store. This was the worst experience ever.

    The customer care by the floor workers are horrible. They give you no eye contact and don't ask you if you need any help. (Okay, maybe sometimes if you're lucky. (1/20 times) I really hate to play the "race card" scenario... but I was cruising different isles for 15 or 20 mins looking for a part to fix my faucet and none of the workers passing by me stopped to ask me if I needed help. I (African-American woman), was on an isle with a Caucasian woman and a Lowe's worker (Caucasian man named Tommy) walked passed me, spoked to the Caucasian woman and asked to assist her, and when he was done he walked away, not acknowledging me at all. It is like this at most Lowe's in my surrounding areas (Flowood/Madison) but from now on I will drive all the way to Pearl to Home Depot to conduct my business.

    Had the worst experience with customer service tonight. We had a worker named Gabbie “help” us, and sent us on a wild goose chase to appliances to check on our invoice (that we knew was there) instead of just looking it up for us at the customer service desk. She then proceeded to play and talk to her friend working with her at the customer service desk while we were trying to get help.

    Prices are far too high at Lowe's now... nearly double for the same items at the WalMart... not good - I guess they think customers are not watching prices? And now you get no help unless you wait and wait... and then the help you get is very low energy.
