    I love home improvement; therefore, Lowe’s is one of my favorite stores. The staff is more knowledgeable and better trained here than other chain hardware stores. The shelves are well stocked and very rarely can I not find what I need at Lowe’s. Only for specialty screws and light bulbs do I ever really need to go elsewhere. The garden center has loads of sod, top soil, herbicides, bricks, and borders. If you need assistance, they will happily load your car. They have different tools and cleaners that you can rent.

    Great service from their paint counter technician, great service in the lumber department to help us with our home improvement on our patio, found a great deal on the outside ceiling fan

    Not really impressed by this Lowes location. I purchased a Pit Boss grill and found out after assembling it at home, that the cover for the grill was not in the box. I called to request the grill over and picked it up to find it was not the right size for the grill that I purchased. Additionally, after assembly I found that the temperature adjustment control knob did not work either. I called to find out if this was something that could be resolved by delivering a functioning grill and picking the one that is not working, and to my surprise I find out that they have no more in stock. And the only way to solve this issue is to purchase the same grill from another location, request them deliver the grill, and pick up the one that does not work, which would prompt a complete refund of my original purchased grill. In my simple mind, this is a store manager to store manager call to ensure the customer has a functioning product and instead I have been asked to do the job for the store managers at a cost to myself, the consumer. Seems to me that business rules and going the extra mile does not apply to this store. I can say that they did give me the option to come by and get my receipt reprinted. And the customer service team and other associates were very helpful. Anyone who purchased items from this location must be prepared to have your time wasted if you have a similar experience as myself.

    One of the top worst service areas I have ever used. Yesterday, I stood in line for over 30 minutes. I saw an employee check in/open a register/do a refund for another employee before taking the next customer in the long line waiting. A manager was standing in the area watching all of this. Another employee moved 5 buggies-one at a time for returns all while at least 5 customers were waiting. After she "organized the 5 buggies" she opened a register and asked for the next customer. The reason I was there was due to being charged for an item I ordered online. I was told it was ready for pick up. When I went to get it, it was not in stock. Was told it would be cancelled. 2 days later, the charge was on my lowes charge account. I called to get it taken off and was told I had to come in and bring my card so they could "swipe" the card for refund. Understanding I never used my physical card to order/was done online. Once I finally was waited on, they never asked for my card.

    I've been to look at flooring multiple times. Each time I am told no one is available to help me please call before you come to make sure someone is scheduled to work flooring that day. I call just before coming and they tell me someone can help me. Surprise...no one is here. Home Depot for everything here I come. I understand each employee has their section and specialty, but when I see multiple people standing around visiting instead of asking if they can help I get very frustrated.
