Fairly unprofessional and gave inaccurate times for my glasses and my glasses weren’t correct either. 1st visit. Took over an hour and a half to be seen. I get it, everybody is understaffed due to COVID. It wasn’t too big of a deal. I got contacts and was trying them on But then the doctor was running in and out between me and another patient. I told her the left contact was not working and that it was 3x worse than my normal vision so she checked with the technology and then got me another brand. It was still the same. So she said it would eventually rotate into place and get better. I wore them for the rest of they day, and they didn’t get better. They said my glasses would be ready in a week. They weren’t ready for 11 days. When I got there to pick them up they had me try them on. The lense for my left eye was 3x worse as my normal vision. It was horrible. So they said I would have to wait or make an appointment so I made an appointment. 2nd visit. Went for my appointment and they were all saying “I don’t know what happened. They’re the right prescription. It looks right” so redid the whole eye exam and the doctor said “I don’t know what happened must have been a mistype”. I will say they were more professional and kind Th e second visit and they didn’t charge me for the second visit. But they said my glasses would be ready in a week. It’s been two weeks.... and I’ve called and asked about it several times. Keep in mind I don’t have optical insurance so I paid pretty much $500 for this whole ordeal and it’s been almost a month now.... I’m not too happy.
Found Dr. Hines after my optometrist of 28 years retired. Spoke with him about the best optometrist in the Jackson, MS area, he recommended HineSight Vision Care. Dr. Hines did not disappoint! Absolutely an incredible doctor, practice, and staff! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best eye doctor and staff I’ve been to in the game! Nobody has been able to figure my eyes out except Dr. Hines and her crew. Convenient location nice office. 5 out of 5 highly recommend.
