Coach T does a great job with my 14 year old. He was 6 feet and about 135 lbs when he started a few months ago. He is now up to 145 lbs and in great shape. My son plays baseball, and Coach T has done a great job with his custom workouts. I highly recommend, especially for the price.
Great boot camp class!!! Each class is fun and full of energy. My gym-mates are motivating power houses!!! Coach T is positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable about fitness and exercise.
Every workout attended with Coach T has been worth it. I met him through a friend who posted her workouts and amount of calories burned and I had to visit. I live in GA, but whenever I can do a drop while in MS to get my workout in, Coach T is available and welcoming! I’ve enjoyed each session, the atmosphere, and motivation.
