I have only positive things to say about this clinic! They are the absolute best people and honestly the ONLY people I would trust to take care of my precious fur babies! Their customer service and bed side manner to my pups are so amazing! When I came to this clinic, I was welcomed with a smile and always have been taken care of in more ways than one. Dr. Estess and Dr. Buchanan have listened, loved, and taken care of my pups as if they were my own. When we discovered that one of my dogs had intense heart worms, the clinic staff, technicians, doctors, and even Mrs. Lillian helped us with treatment, aftercare, and even made sure we were taken care of in the best way possible. If you are looking for a clinic to take your pets, I definitely recommend this one!
This facility has been home to my rare Chinese Shar-Pei for some time now. The doctors and staff are some of the kindest, nurturing, and patient individuals both myself and my dog have encountered.They are caring and have transformed my stand-off dog into a sweet boy who enjoys seeing them . They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always show their love for animals come first within the clinic .I highly recommend them especially for rare breeds!
We brought our 18 year old Jack Russell to be euthanized here. Spot had been seen for 18 years by Banfield vets who have come and gone and although competent and caring, the atmosphere is very distant. So I chose Flowood Pet Hospital for this major life event. The vet and the assistant were very nice. They explained each step carefully and were very compassionate allowing us to have plenty of time to say goodbye and for us to decide. They later took Spot to the back and washed him. I wanted to take him home wrapped in a blanket. They gave me a nose print of Spot. I didn’t even think about that. They did and it was nice. Later we decided to take our rescue dog, Roscoe to Flowood Pet Hospital. A day ago, we had to take him again for a skin rash. My husband said, “they took more time talking to me and examining Roscoe in this one visit than the vets at Banfield did for 18 years”. We have to add that Dr C was with Banfield prior to moving to Flowood Pet Hospital and he was Spot’s first doc who took time to care for him and all our pets. Banfield became very impersonal once he and his daughter left. Thank you Flowood Pet Hospital for making a difference in our pets’ lives.
We absolutely LOVE Flowood Pet Hospital and Resort! I have two babies Oscar who has been going for almost 3 years and Scoot who just joined our family and has had her puppy visit! My baby’s love Dr. Fuller and the staff! They have always been there with anything we need for our doggies!
We planned to board our 7 year old Jack Russell Terrier there because of a friend’s recommendation. We were very impressed with the facility. In addition , Dr. Jolie Buchanan West cleaned Scout’s teeth. She made sure that we knew Scout had done well and was ok after the cleaning and anesthesia. She is top notch!
