I purchased a new refrigerator from them. They came to install it and there was a screw missing. It’s been two weeks and I still don’t have the screw. The truck driver was nicer than the manager. In my experience, they took my money and haven’t stood by their product. I feel like once they made the sale, it was over and they’ve not fixed the issue.
I purchased a washer and dryer set and after it was almost completely installed we realized it was the wrong dryer, not the one we picked out. Same Brand but top was gray instead of white unlike the washer we chose. Model # does not match the one we picked out nor the same on our receipt. I’ll let everybody know how this comes out, whether or not they help us with this and make it right. And what they did about it and for us. Check back in later for the finale. See ya soon.

Got the last white diswasher probably ever. If you're going be prepared for stainless...which is same price. Dad just wanted white.
