Every time we have come we have been greeted with rudeness and disorganization. Today was totally DIFFERENT. It was crowders but it was organized, cleaned, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The one thing I saw different was the new GM Terrence. I had to ask his name and give him a compliment because it was well deserved. He was walking around making sure that everyone was taken care off, the tables were cleaned and pizzas were replenished constantly. I can tell he is going to completely change the atmosphere at this restaurant and it makes me happy to say I would come more often. Thank you so much for your great customer service.
Ahhh. Back in high school this place was magical. I visited today for the first time in a decade and although the manager was very cool and the workers too, the food just didn’t have that magic. Overall great service, the food just wasn’t appetizing. Lukewarm but I understand you make according to demand. Maybe I’ll try it on a busier day.
New manager/owner was exuberant and jovial.He was very professional and greeted everyone as they walked in.The food was on point and he made my specialty pizza himself. Always been a fan of Cicis but not this location. Hope he keeps it up and they've got a lifelong customer
The girl that rang us up was rude and obviously hated her job. The next morning my husband was so sick he ate pizza off of the bar. I ordered my own personal pizza. When we came in I was going to make a salad and the salad tongs were down in the lettuce I asked the girl to change the lettuce because I did not want to eat lettuce that had tongs that people's hands had been all over. And she did a lot of eye rolling when I requested cheese for our salads.
Lavarthest and Kayla showed outstanding customer service ..Kayla wrote down my pizza order and made my pizza perfectly. Sent time telling about the history of the store. I plan on coming back and telling my friends and family.
