My order was incorrect, so I paid for the up charge to my correct order total which was fine. What was not fine, was the fact that instead of giving me the correct sandwich they decided to make me wait in the parking lot to bring warm lettuce tomato and cheese in a plastic bowl. Just take the sandwich back and bring me the correct order. EDIT: also no sauce on sandwich or sauce in the bag, which I requested (and paid for).
Would have been a 5 but the last 2 times I went, my lemonade was watered down then my Dr. Pepper tasted very weak. I love this location. Long as the food is good I can deal with a flat sodas from time to time. Please let me say, the staff is always great.
Granddaughter & Grandma both Love this place, so we drive thrue often. Chicken is always good and the help staff is always extremely friendly and courteous. Cost is about the norm for fast food these days.
I love this location but I highly dislike how the drive thru line is setup ESPECIALLY for us delivery drivers. We have to wait in a long line just to get to our designated parking area or either park in the parking lot across the way then walk over and that’s a bit much when trying to pick up an order and deliver in a timely manner. Please try to fix this or please put designated delivery parking in a convenient location
The traffic here was absolutely terrible!! It should be someone here directing traffic plus I witnessed people who have gotten there food trying to get out and had to wait to even get out after getting food and also parked people could back out from people in line through the drive through!! It took almost 25 minutes for my order to even be taken and placed upon waiting. I finally got my food and when I got back to my location to sit down and eat some of my chicken nuggets were like hard gristle which isn’t so much there fault just A bad part in the chicken. I couldn’t eat it or chew through it. I called up there to let them know and I asked to speak to A manager and she said this is one of the Managers speaking… I couldn’t believe how clueless she was about how to resolve the issue. I have never encountered anything like it and she even asked me to wait while she asked another manager and finally got back on the phone with me she said her district manager will be there tomorrow and that she would ask him how to do it.
