The quality and value of their pedicures are the best in the area. However, they do tend to run 15-30 minutes behind, even when you have an appointment. The staff is pretty friendly and will chat if want, or they will be quite if you prefer to just relax. The shop is ALWAYS very clean. I've never had a bad experience here.
Me and my aunt went to get our nails done at first everything was fine. My aunt had wanted gel tips but there would've been too much white so the lady decided to do pink and white french tip. (Done with the powder.) She did the white first which is not how any technicians I’ve see do it. Then she used the metal thing used to size nails…. She didn’t let my aunt wash the nail dust off her hands and her nails do not look good at all. Save your money please. It’s not worth the pay.
Wine and a pedicure definitely goes together. My tech was super good and understood how ticklish my feet are and went above and beyond to make sure I was enjoying my pedicure. This place is really good.
This my second visit and I love the service and atmosphere
nails look awful, two toes infected from my pedicure. tried to get a hold of manager and she hung up on me TWICE and told me i don’t need to speak with a manager even though i was having issues. So unprofessional awful person on the phone. recorded the conversation going to show it to the actual manager
