i am so disappointed in the behavior of the staff of Banfield in Flowood. the receptionist i believe her name was Ana had such a horrible look on her face with so much attitude i won’t bother bringing my dog back if this is what we are greeted with.

Very sweet and understand crew.
I called and informed them of the death of my pet in August, literally 2 weeks after I started the plan. They told me I could cancel it, but I would still be financially responsible for the plan. It is so inconsiderate of them to do this, and I feel like I’m paying that high monthly premium for nothing now. At the very least, they could donate the plan to another animal in need. But no, they’re keeping that money to themselves.
