Audio Central is beyond professional and fair. I went in to ask some questions about a new stereo for my truck. They were very patient in answering any questions I had. There was no pressure for a sale that day. I went back to work to think it through and decided to give them an opportunity. The installation was scheduled sooner than I imagined being the holiday season. When I arrived, the owner was very helpful and accommodating. I only waited about 2 hours for the install. Once complete, the owner asked if he could show me how to operate the new stereo. I think this is what really amazed me. He took personal time to take care of a customer and walk me through some things so I didn’t have to go look it up in the manual. Taking that extra time sold me in always doing business with Audio Central. I highly recommend everyone in the Jackson area to always use Audio Central for your needs.

Yesterday I went to the shop to discuss my Viper alarm having issues. Hugh recommended a BCM reset since the system was installed by a now defunct shop. Did the reset today and problem solved. Great advice and thanks for the help. Absolutely recommend Audio Central Flowood for your needs!!!
