Our house had minor flooding from a heavy rain, & our carpets were soaked. I called ASE the next morning and they were at our house the same afternoon. They did everything from pulling up the soaked pad, pulling the moisture from the rooms, and laying the carpet back down. I got my carpet cleaned in my apartment by this company. They were on time and it only took them 1 hr and 15 min to clean my entire house once they got started. They came in and inspected my carpet and measured the amount that would be cleaned and gave me a quote that was affordable being that I didn’t have to clean it myself. They answered any questions we had and they helped move furniture and used blocks underneath anything that had metal or wood under it. They took their time and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. My house smells so much fresher when I come home now. I will hire them again in the future.
